Mindfulness...we hear the term constantly. But what does it truly mean? Let's learn to experience true mindfulness and the tools we can use in everyday life to make the most of our experiences. Let's enjoy a cocktail and discuss mindfulness and get familiar with the concept. Followed by 60 minutes of yoga + meditation specifically designed to teach us to be unconditionally present. We'll take the last 30 minutes to mingle over (more) spirits and be mindful AF.
