A Wisconsin native, Laura's yoga practice began after she moved to Los Angeles - it was love at first asana! She soon found herself in the studio 3 times a day and teaching family and friends everything from yoga basics to inversions. After a year of contemplating teacher training, she left a career in the corporate business world to pursue her passion for yoga and helping others - which she'll be the first to tell you was the best decision she ever made.
Laura received her 200 Hour RYT certification in India, after rigorous study under renowned Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Vinyasa Flow instructors.
Her mantra: 'In yoga, we connect: with our breath, with ourselves, with each other, and with the universal energy.' There is so much to explore and feel, and as an instructor she wants her students to discover something new each time they are on their mat. It's such a privilege to guide them through that process!
Cassandra is originally from New York City and made her dream move to Los Angeles in April 2015. She started taking hot yoga classes in 2010 and fell in love with it instantly because of the mind-body connection it provides. Cassandra later took an interest in Pilates because of its many complimentary aspects to yoga. Pilates tremendously strengthens the core and overall body thus she decided to earn both a Pilates and Yoga certification here in Los Angeles. Cassandra uses her training to help others reach their personal fitness and health goals as well as reconnect with themselves.

Briana is thrilled to join the community at Studio 262. A Southern California native, Briana grew up swimming competitively and dancing. She was introduced to yoga as a young athlete, and always felt called to explore yoga more deeply. New York city was the next stop for her, where she attended college and dove into the world of professional dance. Her dance career allowed her many beautiful experiences and a richer appreciation for the power of movement. After an injury, she craved a more mindful form of movement, which led her back into the arms of yoga. She has been a dedicated yogi ever since, completing her teacher training at Corepower Yoga. Briana is excited to share and learn and grow with everyone at 262!

Yara wants her students to leave feeling taller, stronger, and ready to take on the world.
Originally from Seoul, South Korea, Sherry settled in Los Angeles in 2007. A devoted yogi for 15years, she fell in love with Pilates because of it's benefits for the alignment of the body, learning how to control the muscles as well as your mind and the core "power house" strengthening aspects of all the exercises. Sherry hopes through her training to share the aligned based, breath and movement centered pilates practice in addition to showing people how strong they are and that their body is capable of doing so many things.
sherry hopes her students leave class feeling deeply connected to their bodies and most of all awakened. Find balance mentally, physically, and spiritually in their daily life. Remember "you are enough and you are strong."
Aaron was introduced to yoga in 2011 after recovering from a torn Achilles tendon. Right away he developed a strong connection to the practice. A few years later, he decided to take a leap of faith and took a 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training. During training, he realized that this was exactly where he was supposed to be. After the training was completed, he dove head first into teaching full time. Aaron brings an energetic but calming personality to the class, as well as sensational music. His classes are fun and soulful. His goal is to debunk stereotypes of what yoga is and for whom it is intended. Yoga is for any and everyone.
